15 Mile Mark Anchorage, West of Harvey Locks

Cool!

15 Mile Mark Anchorage, West of Harvey locks.

Forward view of our anchorage. Lake Salvador. Very shallow, average 4 feet.

Visitor.

It appears he is expecting something from us..? He sat next to the boat for quite a while looking hopeful. The fishermen or tourist must feed him.(?)

Thanks to the shallow inlet, there was very little traffic except the constant beat of the working boats on the ICW off our stern.

My epic failure of a chain scrubber. So far all my tweaking has not produced a scrubber that is easy to attach, gets the mud off, and stays attached. Next prototype will be a simple V scrubber, not try to encapsulate it.

Here is where the anchorage is. My internet is not so good, so could not pull up satellite version.
